Thermography measures surface temperatures by using infra red cameras. These tools see light that is in the heat Spectrum. Images record the temperature variations of the buildings skin ranging from red/ orange for warm arms to dark blue for colder areas. The resulting images help to determine whether insulation is needed, shows air leaks in the building envelope, shows areas that may be damp and shows areas to help with energy loss during an energy audit.

The Healthy Home Survey is a detailed inspection and audit of the  Indoor Air Quality (IAQ), Mould, Damp, Volatile Organic Compounds, mVOC's, Wet Rot, Dry Rot, Asbestos and Lead. A healthy Home Survey is especially helpful if you suspect your home may have an underlying problem that is not visible. Many of us think that by dusting and vacuuming regularly, as well as cleaning and disinfecting the surfaces around the home, we are safe from particles that can cause us harm.
While this is generally true, sometimes a home may have more serious air quality problems that a general cleaning can’t fix, also with toxic particles being invisible to the naked eye, you can’t always spot when you have a problem.
A Detailed Building Condition Audit will be performed, Photos will be taken, Thermal Imaging will be used, drone footage of the roofing systems, guttering and down pipes, temperatures & Relative humidity will be recorded and weather conditions will be monitored. All this data is gathered along with your responses to our simple questionnaire, in order to create your personal Healthy Home report.
